Hi, I’m Kim Chetty.
I never expected to spend this much time in spreadsheets — or to build a career turning scattered education data into something people can actually use — but here we are. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just analyzing numbers; I was cooking up systems, blending ingredients, and refining processes until they were good enough to serve with confidence. Now my goal is simple: build a data meal worthy of a Michelin rating by 2035..
Now for the real intro. I’m Kim, originally from South Africa and now based in Denver. I’ve always been drawn to building things — from Lego towers as a kid to the complex data ecosystems schools rely on today. That curiosity gradually turned into a career helping educators make sense of messy, mismatched systems and transform them into something clear, reliable, and actionable.
Today, I help schools and organizations turn raw data ingredients into structured insights that support students, staff, and decision-makers. Whether it’s aggregating student info systems, analyzing assessments, or building reporting pipelines, I bring order, flavor, and consistency back to the table.
And just like the line “there is no spoon,” the data version still holds true — there is no single source of truth. But with the right prep, tools, and a little heat, we can create one that works every time.
